The NCAA has partnered with the National Center for Drug Free Sport to help educate student-athletes on drug use in sports. In 2001, Drug Free Sport developed Dietary Supplement Resource Exchange Center (REC) as a confidential hotline and website. Its purpose is to help coaches, athletic trainers and other athletic department personnel, student-athletes, and parents pass safely through dietary supplements and other drugs, including over-the-counter medicines and prescription medication.

The REC provides up-to-date information on dietary supplements and banned or prohibited substances, as well as interactive tools and educational materials to help student-athletes make responsible decisions.

To view the REC, click here.

Once the page loads, click the NCAA logo and select Division II from the drop down menu. Then, type “NCAA2” in the password field and click Log In.
