MELBOURNE, Fla. (Women's Lacrosse) - Friday's Florida Tech women's lacrosse season opener against Molloy College has been canceled due to the impending winter storm affecting the northern region of the United States.

Molloy is unable to make the trip to the Sunshine State as a result of canceled flights at New York airports. Due to scheduling conflicts, the game between the Panthers and Lions will not be rescheduled.

Florida Tech's next game against No. 5 Lindenwood on Friday, Feb. 17, at Florida Tech Panther Stadium has been reclassified as the team's season opener.
